The 26th Bangor Rotary Country Fayre
Wern Farm Menai Bridge
Sunday 5th August 2012
The crowds enjoyed the wonderful day back at Wern Farm, the location of the first Country Fayre, with a day packed with entertainment including Batala Bangor, a Samba rhythm band.
Companion Dog Show
The Kennel Club approved Companion Dog Show brings dogs from miles around to take part and parade their dogs in front of the Kennel Club Judge. This firm favourite of the Country Fayre has registrations starting about 12.00 pm and judging usually begins about 1.30 pm.
The All Anglesey Wheatsheaf Tossing Competition
We hope to run the All Anglesey Wheatsheaf Tossing Competition again this year. This saw participants of all ages eager to show their Olympic prowess in trying to get the height record for the day. Although not a great money spinner it epitomises the ethos of the Country Fayre by having fun whilst helping others.
THE ENTRANCE FEE IS £2.50 PER ADULT AND FREE FOR ANY ACCOMPANIED CHILDREN (UNDER 16)
